Investment Management

We offer asset management services on a fee-only basis. Clients pay .5% to 1% off assets under management per year for our services. If you make more money we make more. Our interests are thus aligned with our clients.

Tax Planning and Preparation

Clients receive ongoing tax planning as well as tax preparation. This service is included in the asset management fees and is an option our clients may take advantage of. *

Estate Planning

We also provide comprehensive estate planning services including trust planning, transfer issues, and charitable giving strategies. We will work with your current attorney on these issues or we can refer one to you if needed.

Custody of Assets

We utilize third parties for custody services. There may be transaction fees associated with these 3rd parties for these services. We do not hold any assets ourselves. For instance, TD Ameritrade is currently custodial of all of our assets.

The Henry Fund

The Henry Fund is a private limited partnership that is managed on a performance basis only. This fund is open to accredited investors only. As a matter of disclosure, Mr. Henry is the largest shareholder in the fund.
